What do you consider high end, mid end, low end, ultra end, stupid end? Based on resolutions you play at.

Evolution90

So i play at 1080P.

Stupid end.

GTX 1080, 1080Ti, TITAN Xp, TITAN X, Pro Duo, VEGA. (TITAN anything actually)

Ultra end.

GTX 1070, 980Ti, R9 295x2

High end.

RX 4/580, Fury/x/NANO, 1060, GTX 970, GTX 980, R9 290/390/x

Mid range.

RX 470/570, R9 380 4GB, R9 280/x, HD 7950/7970 GTX 1060 3GB, GTX 780Ti

Low end.

RX 4/560, R9 270/x, GTX 1050/Ti, GTX 670/680/770, GTX 780, GTX 960

The end that you should upgrade and stop pretending 1/2GB is enough.

The potato end..

Anything lower than a x70 series at Fermi or below level.

I did you cheeky shit. :P

It's a bit obnoxious though... look at the size of it...

I have not tested if it unlocks to Fury X yet.. but i know it has a big amount of OC headroom, it's an OC+ model.

Based on resolution ?
... I'll bite :

High End : GTX 1080 Ti
Mid-High : GTX 1080/1070 or RX Vega
Mid End : GTX 1060 6GB/RX 580
Mid-Low : GTX 1060 3GB/RX 570
Low : GTX 1050 (Ti)/RX 560
OEM : GT 1030.
^That's how I see this generation.

I don't belive in Titan/Quadro/Tesla or AMD's "Fire" series stuff.
It's nice it's there, but I don't buy into cash grabbing (unless, someone actually needs their features).

CPU : Core i7 6950X @ 4.26 GHz + Hydronaut + TRVX + 2x Delta 38mm PWM
MB : Gigabyte X99 SOC (BIOS F23c)
RAM : 4x Patriot Viper Steel 4000MHz CL16 @ 3042MHz CL12.12.12.24 CR2T @1.48V.
GPU : Titan Xp Collector's Edition (Empire)
M.2/HDD : Samsung SM961 256GB (NVMe/OS) + + 3x HGST Ultrastar 7K6000 6TB
DAC : Motu M4 + Audio Technica ATH-A900Z
PSU: Seasonic X-760 || CASE : Fractal Meshify 2 XL || OS : Win 10 Pro x64

meh i like a 980ti especially in the winter

no need for a heater

I can feel the heat off the Fury it's no luke warm GPU.. but i play my PC in a small room.. keep the windows open even in winter, if i exceed 20c i'm cooking.

I'm on standard 260w bios ATM.. the other bios unleashed 300 watts... lol.

Lol but... but... dat 4Gb V-ram... that's not enough for 16k resolution! Or crazy ultra settings at lower resolutions!

Always something to be said for adjusting your settings to fit your card's capabilities... but it's easier to fuss and complain about someone's choice than do that.
