Gtx 960/970/1060 ?

well my gtx 980 kinda died on me so im looking for a new graphics card which doesnt cost too much, the 960/970/1060 is in my price range but idk which 1 i should go for.

 

i saw a 960 4gb brand new going for £120 on ebay but i dont know if i should go for it

i also saw a 970 4gb going for the same price in bidding.

 

what do you suggest i go for

The 970 and 1060 6gb are very similar, the 960 is weaker than both entirely.
