PWM Fan Hub

Is there a PWM fan hub that can control 4 and 3 pin fans?

4pin = PWM. For 3pins its trickier since PWM hubs tend to use extra power which makes 3pins run at full speed (since controlling is done via PWM). You just have to choose between the two, or use two hubs for such mixed systems.

Phanteks has a hub that takes in a PWM control signal and provide an equivalent 3 pin DC voltage output to the fans, another option for 3 pin fan control is something like NZXt Grid+ V2.

@WolfHunter I'm using the NZXT Grid V2 to control both PWM Arctic F12s and the included 3 pin Fractal Design stock fans. I like it more than the motherboard BIOS because you can adjust the fan settings without having to reboot to get back into the BIOS to make adjustments.
