Get Ryzen. Lower power consumption, newer, only few euros more and price and performance its greater.

I builded mine when ryzen 7 just came out. I was sooo impatient. And because of my stupid logic with intel i thought that it was like this LGA 1156,1155,1151,1150. After a few days I noticed it was like this LGA 1156,1155,1150,1151. These numbers just confuse me unlike AMD AM2,AM2+,AM3,AM3+ and AM4. AMD's are simpler in my opinion.

definitely the r5 1600. with all the performance improvement that the ryzen platform has had in gaming the 1600 is on par if not better than the 7600k in gaming now as well as being less expensive.

If you play newer titles then try to wait for mid range. If you play a lot of 2009+ titles (like me) you can get an older card. I have tested almost every cod in my HD 7850 OC to 1050 core clock and they run 60 fps solid with Sync every frame. CS go runs pretty good too 60 fps on 1600x900.

I just built my PC with a 1050 in it waiting for GPU price drops.I would get the 1050 (games fine on 1080p) and in the future build an ITX HTPC for ~300 (US) just my opinion. My moms PC is my old gaming rig and I plan on building her a new one (the thing is almost 10) and I will re-purpose the 1050 into her new machine with a Ryzen 5.
