Hi, im leo. i need to have a 300 pound (console price) budget build that can do basic editing, gaming, and preferably record with elgato hd60

It's better to buy prebuilt (older or used) at this point or get a bunch of used parts.

You might also need to buy a new PSU for it, but this would be your best bet.

You could build a decent Ryzen 3 build with the money. Here's what I would try to squeeze with the money:

Ryzen 3 1200

GTX 1050

Everything else you could get at the cheapest possible prices.

Ryzen 3 is pretty much the console crusher entry level gaming cpu, he op just has to wait for a little bit like early august and it will be out
