Could be worth buying Ryzen depending what you with your PC (7700k will have better raw performance in games though), otherwise looks good.

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

What is ryzen?

A lot of people would say get Ryzen.

But I guess that would depend on how available or partial you are to AMD.

AMD CPU, slightly slower single core performance but much cheaper to buy more cores.

I'd say at this point in 2017, get 16GB of RAM.  It's worth it overall, and not much more expensive than 8GB.  Other than that, if you're comfortable with Intel, then I'd say you're fine.

Midnight Rig - CPU: i7-7700K / Cooler: Corsair h100i V2 / Motherboard: AsRock Z270 Taichi / RAM: G.Skill TridentZ 3200Mhz / GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 FTW2 / SSD: Crucial MX300 525GB / HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200rpm / PSU: EVGA Supernova B2 750W

650W for SLI gtx 1060 ?? no way. Overkill? what does that mean like to much?

Lol, good luck with SLI 1060s. Also, even if you could SLI GTX 1060s, 650W would be enough anyway, so yeah, get the cheaper 650W G2. Case is pretty terrible too.

Would be better to keep your topic in one thread for the sake of people getting the whole picture. PCPartpicker lists are also better than screenshots of your shopping cart.

A 1080 is a wise choice though – depending on your use case a 1070 might also do the trick for less money.
