Raid 0 SSD failed after waking from sleep

Hi guys my pc woke itself up from sleep when i got home found it showing on the screen insert bootable device, and showing raid failed, i managed to get it up and running again from powering down the pc fully and restarting after 10 mins should i be worried about my ssd failing I've got a sandisk 128gb and a vertex 4 128gb ssd in raid 0.

Well the first step is to not do raid 0 with two different drives.

The second step is to not do raid 0 if you care about your data.

jsut a problem with the hibernation mode or something. you are fine if it works again

Agreed if it's data you care about.  Why would different brands be bad though (beside performance loss)?
