!HELP! Trying to replace my ISP modem with a new one. Have no idea what im doing. :)

This is not hard to setup its just up to the ISP to assist and almost anytime they will not help setup equipment that is not theirs.

I had no problem with Century Link I can't comment on other ISP's though.
