I'm building my next gaming rig and i'm having trouble choosing a proper case to fit the noctua nd h15 .

I will run a i5 7600k , and my plan is to push it as higher as possible as long as the cooler won't add any extra noise audible from outside the case , ence i'm looking for a good soundproof case that will fit the nh d15. But i'm having a little trouble getting proper info on clearance for different cases . I will use a standard single dual channel kit of corsair lpx ram , and i'm planning to mount the second fan on the cpu cooler , and if my calculation aren't wrong ( specially IF the manifactures spec sizes aren't wrong ) i need an height clearance of 186mm , but i'n not sure about width clearance which should be 161mm from noctua spec , related to the rear case fan , which i obviously don't want to remove .

So here is the question , which is a good soundproof case that will fit my needs ? I'm planning to stay into the 150€ range , if possible even lower , around 120ish whould be optimal ( i'm also trying to save as much penny as possible , but i won't compromise on a cooler that it's  almost as silent  , it need to silent ) . My choise is pending on the phantek enthoo pro , or the corsair carbide 750 , more toward the first . But i'm really open to suggestion here . I don't care about the aesthetics of the case even less about side glasses windows , led stripes or such , but it need to be proper soundproofed , whit air filters , and no random "hole" on the case to make it look better , that screw the whole purpose of the "soundprrofing" and "filtering" like for the fractal design r5 . Also the smaller the better .

Thanks in advance to whoever will take time to read all this , and maybe also answer :)

Yes , the only be quiet! case that may fit the nh d15 is the 900 pro which have a 185 mm of clearance for cpu cooler , you need to raise the little air window on the side pannel to fit the nh d15 in dual fan canfiguration , which i dislike . Also it's out of my budget .

dude an i7 7700 (non k) outperforms a 7600k at 5ghz

Unlocked i5's are a  huge waste of money, especially with ryzen 5 existing.  You could get a 6 core 12 thread CPU that OC's for less than the 7600k

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

That cooler is only 165mm..... There's a lot of cases that could fit that. Fractal Design Define series cases (Define S, Define C, R5) are good cases with sound dampening foam in them

If you wanna use a dual channel ram kit you need to move up the second fan a bit , since it cover till the 3rd slot , assuming you're using a low profile kit like the vengange lpx ( which i choose not cause they're mainstream and usually cheeper , but also one of the lowest profile on the market that mount a dissipator still ) you need to add extra height clearance ; nd h15 plus that said vengange lpx ram is up to 185.5mm in height that i rounded to 186 in my first post .

Also none of the case you mentioned fall under the "good case" category in my opinion , the Fractal R5 have some hole on the front corner that are not covered by the dust filters or even lees by any sound dampening mateial , rendering the whole idea of the soundproof case useless and also  the case will be filled whit dust after few weeks . I use to have one , so sadly i'm pretty sure what i'm talking aobut .
