Legal To Sell Origin Codes on EBay

My friend gave me a BF4 code that came with his R9 280X. But, I already have it. So, would it violate Ebay's ToS to sell an Origin code? Or would something like that be a better sell on another website?

Well... I may have lied a little bit. I may have 4 Battlefield 4 codes coming with my new 4x 280X's that are coming with my new mining rig...

 one which is going to be mine :D
