Idel on laptops always seem high, i had a Clevo P750ZM that run at 48C well on the desktop. meaby try to get lift it up so that he can take more fries of air

 

The reason is that the dont really spin their fans. Just wen the realy need to. (save power and its more quiet )

No wtf. That's fucked. Dota2 isn't even that demanding of a game. If u play like Witcher 3 or render videos the thing is fucked.

What's the specs of your laptop? Try undervolting CPU, cleaning dust inside the laptop and replacing thermal paste

No, that temperature is abnormally high. Use this guide to try Undervolting your CPU using ThrottleStop and also consider replacing your thermal paste or getting someone to do that for you.
