For how much longer is this gpu non sense gonna last?

For months I ve saving up and doing my research on what to buy to build my first pc and now that I want to get started no gpus. So does anyone know how long is this going to continue?

Wish we had a magical ball to predict this. Probably a few more months at best case IMO.. Mining is blowing up and really is showing no signs of slowing down.

they arent gonna be cheap then so surely it wint affect miners at all

I think you were thinking of Volta from Nvidia. RX Vega is already announced with HBM2 and Volta is announced with GDDR5X

Don't pay the prices

Just enjoy your PC with integrated gfx for the time being and wait for new cards or the mining bloom to pop which it will.

 

Loads of people are in the same boat mate, just have to hold out

I got really excited about getting a Gigabyte Aorus card to go with my mobo. gfx works ok for now, at least it plays Diablo 3, sort of, lol

The TITAN XV will feature HBM2 nonetheless.

I just sold my PowerColor 580 Red Devil for 450$, what a great card it was.

Hopefully I can buy a Vega red devil with this money when it comes!

If you're waiting for Vega, as soon as they're available for pre-order, click and be happy, as I'm sure those will go exceedingly fast as well if the mining craze is in full swing..........or just wait for the wave to pass, and the prices to come back down.
