everybody says reseat the cooler, but let her take a look at the voltage. it might be like 1.3V, make sure it is around 1.2V or a bit higher when you get crashes with a blue screen and whea error code (turn voltage up in increments of 0.05V to be safe and test stability with aida64)
note: i'm not sure if you can even change the voltage on non 'z' motherboards
