Its probably be cheaper in the US, but since I live in the UK what is the UK price you reckon for all this lot:

it all depends on whos buying, personally i wouldnt pay more than £600 and thats pushing it.

i mean its a last gen i7, 16gb of ram a 960 so probarly £600-£700 depending on if it has windows or not

Windows 8, easily upgrade able though.

 

But yeah my offer was much less, it was like 400

yeh no way that's worth £400, start with £600, and see what he says, if hes built a new pc and is just looking to get rid of it, he might take it

4th Gen, we are now on 7th gen. But they hold their value because of Intel's complacency, i.e. not much has changed in the last 5 years on the Intel CPU front. So this i7 is still relevant and useful.

note that my prices come from ebay and general guessing, some of these parts i cant find second hand.

 

i wouldnt pay anymore than £600, offer no more than £600 and if they say no, then just buy the parts.

Why increase the offer till it gets rejected? offer 400 don't then jump to 600...

Haswell e and kabylake aren't really new generations, so in my eyes the processor is only 1 true generation old

well starting low and working your way up is better, £600 sounds better when the first offer was £400
