Hi guys,

I have been looking around and found these two PSU'S , which one do you think is the best or do you have any other ideas for a PSU

Corsair AX SERIES 850 watts ATX 12V Modularized Power Supply (AX850)

Corsair AX860i 860 Watts Digital ATX12V v2.3 Power Supply

Thanks

They're both modular power supplies, the main difference being that the AXi series of PSUs by Corsair have more options in regards to monitoring and control. The AX860i is also has a Platinum 80 Plus rating, which is one above the AX850's Gold rating. They're both great PSUs, you really can't go wrong with a Corsair PSU.

Ehh, they're good psu's, corsair is just a bit overrated. You'll be happy with either ;)

I would go for the AX860i if you have the money. If not, go for the AX850.

Thanks guys, @bradscoolio I also think that they are over rated but ahh they dont give problems like others might do. I shall then go with the AX860i, i like the extras that come with it and also since I am not planning to change it every few months.

Both are really overpriced; I would get a Seasonic X 850 or Seasonic Platinum 860 for that price.
Totally agree. Seasonic is actually the OEM provider of most PSUs anyways
