Steam Summer Sale Problems

So, as you all know, Steam Summer Sale has begun, and it's now time to empty our wallets. Mine's already close to empty, so I can only spend $30 on games right now. My question is: What game should I discard to fit my budget? I like all of these games, but it all can't fit my budget for now.

 

PS - I have a spare $0.47 if that counts

I want a gaming PC that can run all game 1080p 60FPS!! But unfortunately, I don't have money and I'm too young to have a job XD
