Consumer optane is money scam. On server side it is sooo worth.

They want to normalize people buying optane so they think they need it for their next build.

A $99 headset, steam code worth less than $99 or a cpu bundle discount which would be most likely $100 off

Is Gigabyte trying to get people to go with Threadripper? lol

Reality?

The 18 core i9 will probably have a 80% higher score than the 7900X, because it has 80% more cores, so a score of 3936 points. The 16 core Threadripper will probably have a score that is 2x higher than the 1800X (Because it has 2x more cores), so a score of 3228.

The 7980XE is 21% better than Threadripper. So your point "Threadripper will shit on X299 five times at least" is complete utter bullshit

Then if it's so better why the fuck is there rumor for raid keys ? That is like shooting in your own leg. I hope AMD makes rumors about the price truth come truth so Intel takes a big and painful hit. I hope Intel's enthusiast platform burns in hell just with AMD's FX. People care only for price and performance it gives. Nobody will buy that shit. I don't know which idiot will throw $2000 on a god fucking chip that is smaller than our dicks for fuck sake.

I kind of want to see the benchmarks and results when it gets released first before judging.

Even if Intel loses all of their desktop market share, they won't really take a hit. Most of their revenue comes from server parts and that's what is important to them
