Posted June 15, 2017 I'd suggest getting an off lease pc from a store and chuck a gfx card and upgrade the RAM, you get a warranty too that way. I got on sale an i5 4460 with 4 gigs of ram for $200NZ or about $150US. Graigslist is also a good bet, plus you can find some good deals sometimes. I cant verify personally that any sites are trustworthy because i use ebay and craigslist. If i get scammed on ebay you can always open a claim on paypal and you will get your money back within a month.
 If you want new parts though, then there is that option, you just wont get as good of parts.
 Not sure what this means Basically SOME (not much its been a year) motherboards will need an 6000 series processor to update the BIOS to run the newest 7000 series.
