I would avoid that PSU, get something like the CXM from corsair or a Pure Power from Be Quiet

Yeah as @Moress said stay away from it. You have to know what you want in your system to know the PSU to get, get no less than 550 watt for like cpu/gpu(1)/abour 4 HDDs + an SSD and say some LED lights and say a water pump if water cooling.

Like everyone said avoid that PSU. A corsair CX series is a good choice.  Plus they are semi modular which is always useful.
