Posted June 3, 2017 (edited) i was surfing ebay and i came across this ad [Link Removed] and it says For sale is a scrap desktop/laptop either Dell/Hp/Lenovo/custom with a genuine Windows 10 pro 32 / 64 bit COA License key sticker attached. what does this mean, i know a dell laptop running windows 10 isnt $10 is this a scam? is it like a factory reject? tell me Edited June 3, 2017 by TheRandomness Ebay listings aren't allowed. Posted June 3, 2017 normally these are vl keys that someone took and is selling cheap. Id stay away and if you want windows 10 cheap, just run it unactivated. Posted June 3, 2017 I wouldn't buy key off Ebay especially when he just started using that account a year ago. They could just run off with your money if the key doesn't work down the track but it is pretty cheap anyways. Personally i have been using reddit OEM key for about 2 years without any issues, but you could just run without activated like @Electronics Wizardy. Magical Pineapples
