yep its just plastic.

Hello I was wondering is it safe for me to remove a sticker on my blower designed gtx 960. The front of the GPU next to the blower is completely flat and has a pny 2048mb covering the front side, I was wondering if it would be safe to remove the sticker then add sticker of the stalker video games series logo because i am working on stalkerifying my computer because stalker is my favorite video game series. Also if i can apply a sticker to replace the old pny logo sticker would i need to buy and print a special type of sticker to be able to put the stalker logo on my pc

SNIP

I would ground myself by touching the PC case because I am paranoid but plastic is not conductive so you're fine.
