The 6600k is a huge waste of money when it's causing you to buy a lower end gpu like a GTX 1050 Ti. By dropping to a locked i5 you could fix an RX 580 8GB and 16 GB of RAM in and still come in under your original budget (your build is blowing way too much money on the motherboard).

My pick is the 1060 with its higher clock speeds and lower TDP. Nvidia cards also have a tendency to be better at cooling than AMD but that's just my opinion. And we all know what they say about opinions @m.attway... ;)

@SteveGrabowski0Do you think there is an alternative ATX Mobo and alternative RAM seeing as I need only 8GB is there just a 1x8GB version of that one?

If you only need 8GB get two 4GB sticks to use in dual channel.

Absolutely, I'd spend the extra few pounds for an R5 1600 over an i5-7500, and I wouldn't even bother with the unlocked i5s (at least the locked i5 can be options for really tight budgets, but R5 1600 is a much better buy than 7600k or 6600k).

What about an ATX Mobo instead of Micro ATX

Is that because of the 8GB Memory Size?

So a 1060 could game at 4K ultra settings and a 1070 is great for 4K so your telling the truth is fake and I'm on a drug trip when I'm at my friends house

the 1060 can not run 4k in ultra, with games like the witcher 3 etc. the 1070 barely can. Your friend is either lying, or has a completely differend card in his PC. Or he's player low demanding games on 4k. We're not telling you the truth is fake, thats what you're telling us.
