Dont go Gigabyte.  Jayz's (such a mouthful) Aorus i.e. Gigabyte 1080ti video showed how weak is the material for the cooler. In my RX 470, this problem is not as prominent, but the fans do get loud, like a hair dryer during games.

Both will last 5-10 years on average, there is nothing that will make one last longer than the other.
