Random Ball Bearing floating around my PSU?

This thing is right out the box... This can't be right.

I don't personally know what to say to this, except for DO NOT PLUG IT IN. If that ball rolls into the wrong part of the PSU, then "BANG". I recommend RMA'ing it immediately.

What the heck are those blank "file" downloads?

That PSU would shurely give a BANG for a buck *giggles* 

 

Just bring it back to the store where you got it and get it swapped out.
