RAM doesn't really break, and there is a warranty,  8GB sticks are often preferred as usually better ICs are found on those DIMM's and it's cheaper to upgrade from.

Yours faithfully

$900 equals to roughly RM3915 right? So your budget in RM is RM4000?

I would still say if they can get the 8gb then do, I've seen people complain about the 4gb vram keeping them from using their gpu to its full potential for prettification and with the small cost difference it just makes sense to do 8gb

CPU - Go for Ryzen 1600 if you can afford

RAM - 2X8GB kits are slightly expensive, high speed RAM are about RM100 ($20-25) more expensive, I recommend OC the RAM by yourself if you don't want to spend the extra money

GPU - Price for GTX 1060 6GB is roughly equal to RX 480/580 4GB so...

Case - Segotep K6 is cheap yet good looking (cable management is okay, not too bad)

Don't get Devastator I, used the keyboard before and it feels worse than an ordinary office keyboard, the mouse is also mediocre

Devastator II is decent but K120 is also not bad for gaming even though it's an office use keyboard. Anyway, get the one you like.
