To install Windows or Linux, you dont necessarily need an optical drive because even an USB with Windows 10 can install an OS for you. The first thing though is to get Windows 10 into a 4GB or more USB. It takes from 30mins to multiple hours, depending on your network speed, so you will need to use your own computer (laptop, PC doesn't matter) or ask your friend to help you.

 

After you get it into a USB, insert into your PC, get into BIOS, make it boot with USB, then just wait.

I'm gonna assume new pc, first boot up, no OS installed?

enter bios check boot sequence and select your installation media as first, disable "boot from other".

I'm stuck I can't even get out of that part I need to select boot device if I press any button they will keep repeating that setenece

What are you loading your OS off? Insert the USB or DVD.

bur I don't have a drive to put cds

got 3 disk is it the Motherboard one ? Or I need buy window disk or what but I also don't have optical drive

You could, or download the ISO off of the Windows website here (assuming you are using windows, otherwise obtain the ISO file for your OS of choice). Just follow the instructions and load on to a USB to boot off of.

Those are all driver disks, none contain windows (Recommend you download drivers off manufacturer website anyway, more up to date).

You need to either buy Windows or download Linux. You need an operating system, those disks only contain drivers.

Look for the boot menu and check your media with your OS is selected first, then exit BIOS (F10 to exit I think, not that familiar with MSI's UEFI).

Do you have a second Windows PC? You could download this tool and install Window 10 on a USB, then boot from the USB drive when starting your PC

By "USB" you mean thumb drive ?

From microsoft's website. Search with Google if you cant. You will receive a .exe application for that which downloads the files and burns them to your USB. Make sure you use an empty USB
