Question regards to UPS System

Has anyone had any experience with setting up a UPS system? Just need some help/information

Ok I've been tasked with possibly getting UPS systems into our sites. What I'm looking to keep powered is the following:

 

• Broadband router
• Phone System

Simple but only things really that are important to the site, Now what I'm not sure on is how big of a UPS system i would need to keep someone like the above on for lets say 1 hour?

go buy your self a Kill A Watt Electricity Usage Monitor and figure out you max draw . if your only using 100 watts then a 1000w ups should be overkill for you needs

As said you will need to determine the power usage of those devices, but those being fairly low power draw you can upsize the UPS to gain a bit more runtime during an extended power outage. What are the devices that are exactly going to require a UPS?
