Ipvanish leaking my dns?

After reinstalling the program, i no longer have a dns leak? and everything is acting fine?

 

Edit: since it did it again, I tried another method that worked..Simply change your dns server's address from automatic to static. Use any address you want for the dns server > Login to ipvanish> ensure dns server in ipvanish are set to THEIR DNS SERVER!

 

YOU SHOULD HAVE NO DNS LEAK AFTER THIS AND HAVE YOUR DNS BELONG TO IPVANISH'S

To be harvesting your data, they would have to keep traffic logs and not only access logs. In the event this happened, it would be all over the news if they used traffic logs to catch a guy doing illegal stuff on their servers and PIA would lose their rep.

 

Also if you buy a server and you're the only one connected to the VPN through that IP, it's gonna be pretty easy to tell who was doing naughty stuff at that time. The hosting provider can also harvest your data.

Yeah you never can be 100% secure.
