After MBAM is done, run this program:

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/tdsskiller/

Then download these 2 programs and run them as admin. Check for any programs running or starting with the system that seem unusual.

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/processexplorer

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902

I would also clean your PC with a proper temp file and cache cleaner like ccleaner. Then do yourself a favor and DL a good free AV like AVAST, make sure you have proper pop up blockers on chrome, and keep pron to private windows.... Good Luck.

Haven't used MBAM-Rootkit since I had no faith in ComboFix back in the day, but I will check it out since I just read up on it, thanks. But Procexp and Autoruns should still be used. I have tons of removals I redo for customers who scanned with MBAM that got rid of the nitty only to leave the gritty to reestablish itself as a startup program. And you may find that hidden gem of a program that turns your PC back into a speed demon after you shut its startup off.
