GTX 950, preferably the 90W version if you want to go for Nvidia products. It's more recent than the 750 ti so it supports DX12, which should make it last longer if you don't have the budget to upgrade it for years. The slightly higher power consumption also allows it to perform similarly to a 1050 ti and it is cheaper.

RX 460 is also a good card. Its performance is a bit worse than Nvidia's competing product, but AMD is known for improving their hardware performance greatly through driver updates (or, fixing old buggy drivers). However, games that run well with Nvidia but not AMD (because one of them paid more to the developers than the other) will make the RX 460 suffer due to little performance headroom it has to compensate for the worse game support. This is not a big deal if the situation is reversed and put against a GTX 950 though.

For anything more powerful, a PSU upgrade is recommended because if your PSU fails, it will certainly bring the motherboard with it, sometimes even everything you have in your system

If shopping second hand cheap ebay card the gtx 950 is not to be completely dismissed, but if you want new card then the rx 470 should be the best pick.

50 USD for a Rad. 6850 is way too expensive. A used GTX 750ti 2GB costs less than 50 USD and is faster

in cyprus/turkey you cannot find a used 750ti for 50 usd maybe you can find a r5 240 most but thats it and most ppl game 1080p will still keep their 750ti since its similar performance to 1050/1050ti with alot cheeper prices.

i wish i was in US but thats not my case.
