I'm looking to do a build within a next few months and I'm looking for a bit advice on builds. I am looking for a build that can stream/record, and play at 60+fps. Upgradabilty is not msot important thing in the world to me, but to have that option would be nice. I'm looking for just the parts + a monitor. WIth the monitor I'm looking for a low response time, 1080p, but not larger than 23 inches. (I don't like big monitors) Budget I am aiming for is $750-$1250 but cheaper is better. Titles I am looking to play are, Arma 3 (64-bit), Minecraft, BF1, SMITE, Depth, Rust, Ark, and Rainbow Six Siege.

I would change out the PSU for at least a Seasonic S2ll

Everything else looks good.
