I have no talents with water cooling or building anything extreme :( .

 

This is a mainstream build cooled by air based on ryzen 1700.

 

Over the course of a few week now i have gathered feed back and part tips from several community posts on components.

 

Some I've taken to the letter others i went with my gut. Hopefully it pays off.

I have some parts now others are still in the air shipping to me. 

 

I'll keep this post updated by the end of the week or two i should have everything ready to do the build in pics of course. 

 

Overall i happy i will be upgrading from a 4790k. which has served me well. Let me know what i did wrong or add suggestions. Thanks. 

 

*notes video card may not be finalized till the end of this week. Will be using my old card for now. Case isn't exact have the nzxt S340 Elite. Project name probably isn't any good either i like pokemon sue me. am4 bracket will take some time to be shipped and delivered by cryorig. Will use stock cooler until then. Color theme is red and black don't have any crazy fan choices yet. Will be using stock fans from nzxt till then. Corsair red led fans might be purchased. I purchased red cable extensions power cords for the psu.

everything streaming, gaming, some video rendering. maybe adobe stuff.

I was originally gonna say the rx 480 woulda been a better option but if you're video editing then CUDA would be useful. Build looks perfect if you ask me :)
