Posted March 15, 2017 i am currently having a problem connecting the corsiar link cable to the motherboard as it needs a USB 2 header where one is already being used is there another way of connecting both? an adapter maybe? Posted March 15, 2017 You have 3 options: USB 3.0 header to USB 2.0 header adapter Forgoing 1 or 2 USB 2.0 ports by unplugging that header in favor os Corsair Link. If the cable is USB 2.0 Mini or Micro B, then you can use a bog standard USB cable with the same end and just plug it into a USB port on the back of the system. Not that I'm aware of, anything that could do the job without introducing data routing problems, data corruption, or data duplication, would take up additional space, and likely be more expensive than necessary because of how niche such a product would be.
