Idk about you but shadowplay and quicksync streams look perfectly fine to me.

The 1700X isn't a bad CPU though so if he wants less fps and more flexibility to multitask then sure.

I'm 100% aware of one click overclocking with ryzen. I was simply stating that the OP said the owner doesn't intend to overclock, so an expensive cooler isn't really worth the extra money assuming the owner is firm on his no overclocking stance.

I did say they wanted to air cool as well. I'm aware of XFR on the 1800x and 1700x.

unless you get titan xp sli than turn everything down to the lowest setting with 720p you won't notice.

so everybody is playing competitive now? not to be rude but 300 fps is something a average player doesn't need, 100fps while streaming is a job for a high core count cpu with good ipc a x99 system such as 2580k/6800k or a ryzen 1700 can do well.

If you want to play at high settings, even a titan XP and 7700k will not get 300fps.

not a big fan of it, i never said 7700k will get  300 fps in overwatch, i just stated no one needs it.

1060 3gb is not rally a 1060, its more of a 1050ti buffed up, spend a bit extra for the 6gb variant.

He's wanting it to play Overwatch at 1080p 100+fps AND be streaming his gameplay. He's also looking for a minimalistic approach while keeping cost down in a moderate sized case(at least nothing BIG)

No. I don't personally.

To do my job, yes.

For my personal comfort when I'm around others I'm not about to fuck, yes.

I can live with one meal a day, but not for extended periods of time without feeling the consequences
