1080 Ti Aftermarket Design Release

MainStageNews

I have been patiently waiting for a 1080 Ti to power my 3440x1440 monitor for awhile and painfully using, or trying to use, my 7970 for awhile now. Even though I haven't seen any official word anywhere does anyone remember from past releases when we can expect the aftermarket vendor designs start to come out? Also I don't even see the 1080 Ti up for sale anywhere yet and I thought they were supposed to be available on the 10th although I could be wrong. Thanks for any insight!

depends on how much work the board partners decide to sink into their coolers i'd guess, and seeing even evga is going for a triple fan design this time around, expect things to take longer than expected :P

I'm in the same boat. I will be upgrading from my 7970ghz to a 1080ti and I'm waiting for some different coolers. Maybe a gigabyte windforce or the Evga 3 fan that's coming out. I will be gaming at 2560x1440 144hz. It's just a waiting game now. Trying not to focus too much on "when" because it makes it feel like forever

What do you want me to say? Do I need to put a smiley face at the end of everything as to not sound like a dick?
