OK guys, It's time for an upgrade and i need some advice.
long story short My computer is now in a VERY dusty area.  lots of pets and the like. its been here for maybe 4 months, turned off when not being used.
So the inside of my Coolermaster 690 I is covered.

I want to get another case, and I'll be doing upgrades along the way, so I'm wondering if anyone else has had to deal with being in a very dusty environment and what kinda case will work best for me. I assume alot of dust filters and positive pressure. The case will have to fit into a desk thats is 22" tall and 9" wide(in pictures). with this upgrade I'd like to use AIO water coolers and fit a 280mm rad in front for the CPU and another 280 on top for the GPU. Since its so dusty, i'd like it to be fairly easy to get to the dust filters.

Any nice cases out there that will fit the bill?
Don't mind my OEM cooler, built this thing years ago before i really knew anything about building.   I want to get a 1080Ti and don't want to kill it with this dust.

thanks guys for your knowledge

A case with easily removable dust filters is the most amazing thing you could ask for in this situation. This may include cases that come with them like the Silverstone FT02 or Corsair 240D, or cases you can attach a magnetic fan filter on the outside (or somewhere else convenient). Then it's just take them out once a month, give them a wash, dry them down with a towel, and stick them back in. Takes like 5 minutes at most. If you keep up on it, you don't have to blow out the case itself as often.

Just make sure your case has more intake fans than exhaust fans to create a positive pressure system.

$300... but if you really don't want to worry about dust: http://silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=525

Price wouldn't really be that much of a problem, but it won't fit.    though if i could find somewhere else to put my UPS it could fit but id only have less then an inch at the top to move air.   that would be awesome if it was sitting ontop of a desk

Well...the Phanteks P400 can fit with your dimensions but it can't do a top radiator for cooling. It can handle the front with no issue however. Also has front, top and psu dust filters.

Yeah seems like everything that fits my internal specs won't fit in the space i have right now. I may just have to move my UPS outside the desk and run power in through the back hole of the desk. I was looking at the be quiet Dark base pro 900 http://www.bequiet.com/en/case/702

but it's a bit too tall... i may be able to remove the bottom keyboard slide out on the desk and it should fit then.

looking at a corsair 570x    Hoping the glass doesn't show the dust too much, but its got plenty of filters

Dust is going to stick to and show up really bad on the glass, I'd avoid even a normal windowed side panel.

I switched from a H440 to a Define Mini for my shop computer just to get rid of the windowed side panel because of how dusty the outside of it would get.

the 460x is better (both videos are from Hardware Canucks who does the best job of case reviews)

I've included the 460x review for reference, because Dmitri makes a lot of references back to this case.
