CS GO stutters

hi guys, 

I started playng cs go again after the better part of a year and i find its stutterung and lagging all the time and it isnt my pc's fault i have  a gtx 1070 anf i7 6700k performance istnt the issue , i have fps

anyone can help me?

What are the temps and usage of both cpu and gpu?

temp are ok and usage is under 60%

Sure the stutter isn't caused by connection/online lag?

 

Check if stutter occurs in offline vs bots matches.

Try capping your framerate, used to happen to me on my old laptop
