Skyrim mod menu not showing in MCM

I install it and it's not showing up in mcm menu, but i can craft new weapons for mod.. please help

There can be a bit of lag sometimes(once had a menu show up after 20 hours), especially if you have a lot of mods. Additionally not every mod has a menu.

but this one has to have menu, cause it needs to be activated in that menu. 

It's not working if not activated.

EDIT: Shit sorry nevermind all that: MCM doesnt immediately refresh. Try to fast travel to a completely different cell (a far away city) a bunch of times it sometimes needs to reload the cell to kick in the script and populate your new menus.
