yeah buy a rx480 8gb or a Fury X and get a freesync panel, it will be good enough...

If you have more cash to spend go with the GTX 1070

standard would be 1920x1080p
if you want ultra wide you could get a 2560x1080p one like I said it already is a great quality path, higher than this would be 1440p which you would need the Fury X or the GTX 1070 to make sure it lasts the next two years

2.5k is generally 2560 x 1440. You can look over this in the display section where the stickies are to see how it ranges, but generally it's 2560 x 1440.

I agree with the GTX 1070 here.

what is about the graphic resources the radeon has 8 gb when i double the card and run it on free sync only the effencie of the performance get increased but not the gb right ?

Both Crossfire and sli will not stack video memory, this happens due to both cards needing to fill their vram equally as they require access to the same data equally in order to work properly together, that is why if you crossfire two rx 480 8gb available you will keep only having 8gb vram as both fills it equally.

DX12 has a way around this however it isnt exactly supported yet.

Can you try rewording this question?

You are right the 8GB won't stack, but what do you mean by the graphic resources?

The entire computing part is benefit, you get more processing power just not more memory space... which means you will get more frames per second in the end

with graphic resources i mean the elements that need to be loadet at the same time. 8gb of memory means 8 gb of resources that can be saved and loadet at the same time to prefent lagging right ?

SSDs - great to help with loading times

CPUs - CPUs are another factor for calculations. Some games might be more to do with the CPU than the GPU.

As far as I know the rx 480 cant run all the triple A maxed smoothly at 2k. I know It can at 1080p (and eventhough at 1080 It has troubles to run smoothly WOW or other games with old engines and not so oldengines, but they are still triple A games which are updated nowadays and they get DLCs and stuff).

Think you mean 2.5k and not 2k. 1080p is 2k and 1440p is 2.5k (generally).
