Forbes is a pretty reputable site (Unless you're part of the #altfacts groups anyway). But a rumour is a rumour. Doesn't matter who posted it, take it with a grain of salt regardless.

For rumors, not very. For speculation on any complexities on technology, not very.

Telling you about a new product (like a Galaxy S/Note, new Dell, etc.), it's features, and how it can bolster businesses, pretty reputable.
