If your case supports a card with 2 fans, I'd do that. 6GB is better for most new games. Alternatively you could get the RX480, slightly cheaper for as good or better performance

More is moar better. The 3GB has a few less cuda cores and less fans is less cooling capacity, and while you might not need it now, it's nice to have lest you have to buy a new GPU down the road.
