I'm highly doubtful that the video card is actually consuming that much power, considering your idle temperature. You can try reinstalling GPU-Z, or closing it and reopening it. If there's an update available for it, you can try installing/running that to see if that helps.

Yeah I don't know what's going on there but rest assured it's not consuming anywhere near 193% of a 760s TDP :P  The other data, like temperature and fan speed preclude that entirely.

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

GPU power graph right?

Yeah, same difference. Something is definitely up. Reinstall your graphics drivers(do an uninstall using Display Driver Uninstaller).

Just now I already reinstall the driver using DDU and the result still the same.

It's probably cause from gpu failure?

If it's locked then it's a driver problem. I suspect the same for the TDP.

The drivers tell the GPU to clock up. The GPU can not do that by itself.

You could RMA the card, but I doubt it will change anything.

I already tried to clock up my gpu.

But nothing has happen.

Something is definitely messed up.  Although it's not actually consuming more power, it thinks it is and is power throttling as a result.
