Apart from the slightly overkill PSU, it's fine :)

You do not need that psu. Go for this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mmnCgL and nice custom watercooled loop :)

Try using the PSU Tier List!

Why chose z170 over 7270? Their is no reason to go last generation if you are buying new.

Also why the 900d it is a super tower and you really don't have the componentry to fill. There are many other cases that work great for water cooling and don't cost $300

Cases are a per person thing, can recommend different ones but ultimately its personal preference.

In the end if you plan on spending this type of money on a rig you should like case. Still wondering about the Motherboard choice
