Go for normal 1080P not 1080i K

I'm a bit confused, so i was a looking at a tv and it's 1080p 60hz, but only over hdmi its interlaced but not over component? Will i notice a big difference in gaming if i play using over that hmdi 1080i port.

The tv in question is a LG 22LN4510

Basically 1080I renderes every other row of pixels which works okay for tv, but in games which require quick movmemts you will get this really weird jagged effect that looks awful. Avoid interlacing at all costs, even if you have to run 720p.
