GTX 1070 with i7 4790k bottleneck

My setup:

i7 4790k @ 4.00Ghz

Asrock H97 Pro4 (I don't overclock and have the K version only because I wanted 0.4 GHZ more at standard core clock, Z97 would not have been worth it, please no comments on that ^^)

16gb crucial ballistix sport ddr3 1600

256gb Samsung 850 Pro SSD

be quiet! Straight Power 10 500W

NZXT s340

I currently have a GTX 970. But I want to upgrade on a 1070 soon. Will my processor make it without any problems/bottleneck?

(I play AAA titles on ultra in 1440p with 60fps?

I've seen slight bottlenecking of my 1070 with my 4670k, pretty low at 4.6Ghz.

With 4 extra threads your CPU is around where the 6700k/7700k is and I've seen people run 1080 SLI on it with minimal bottleneck.

You should be fine

idk

4790k is still a beast, at stock clocks, even.

It's still one of the best gaming CPU's around.

Nope, you should be good. 4790K is still a reasonable gaming chip.

One of the best gaming chips, much more than reasonable

Doesn't bottleneck my 1080 @ 1440P, you will be more than fine.
