1080p monitor

Bruno_A

Hey guys, I'm building a gaming pc, a budget gaming pc and I have everything but the motherboard, which is being held by customs, but anyway, I've got everything, including a keyboard and a new 1080p monitor and I'm now using it with my laptop via HDMI and I notice FPS drops when playing CS:GO, I play CS:GO on 1024x768p 4:3 stretched and when I'm using my laptop alone, it's not a very fluid experience and the FPS are super unstable, but still playable, but this changes when I play with my 1080p monitor on 1024x768p, which is the same resolution I play on my laptop's screen. Why this happens?

Many thanks, Bruno.

does it drop in other games too ? csgo is retarded

I can't test it right now, I only play cs:go. But the same happened when I played cs:go on my 1360x768p TV via VGA.
