dvi-d to vga

hi

i wasnt carefull when i was buying a new gpu and now im stuck with a dvi-d port instead of what i thought was a dvi-i port

what is the cheapest way to connect to a vga monitor from this 3 options?

Output 1 x DVI-D
1 x HDMI 2.0b
1 x DisplayPort 1.4

An active adaptor from DVI-D, HDMi or DP to VGA. Go for whichever one you can find cheapest, but it will have to an active adaptor as all of those outputs are digital.

Usually Displayport to VGA adapters are the cheapest and you really can't go wrong with them either. Plus, many GPU's now have multiple DP outputs making it so you have options for monitors in the future.
