7700K on Z270 or Z170?

Hi guys! I'm really happy right now because this morning someone rings the bell to deliver a special package.

A guy from the local PC store delivered me the i7 7700K. I was reviewing lots of stuff from their store so they gave me this one free.

But, I don't have a Z170 system to test this out and the Z270 wasn't released yet here.

Should I buy the Z170 to review this or wait for the Z270?

I'm wondering about it too.

Got an i5 7600 today and had a B150 motherboard in hand.

older B150 and Z170 need a BIOS update to accept the Kaby Lake CPUs

this is similar to the Haswell to Haswell Refresh era

There shouldn't be much of a difference but for review purposes I would wait for a z270.
