What type of memory should I get?

I want to replace this memory for something else, it says it cost 40 but it's actually 80. I'm willing to spend a maximum if 60 but I need to know the best thing that's compatible with my current PC for that price. Even if I spent the 80 there's probably something better for that price..

My friend and my brother have bought this RAM a few times, works pretty well. Even though it doesn't have a heat spreader on it, it has a black PCB so it still looks fine.

I got about 16 gb of samsung ram for 80 dollars i wouldnt say manufacturer really matters but compatibility and amount of ram
