What do i need

Do I use thermal pads or thermal adhesive with this? (not thermal paste as I need it to stick, there are 4 screws in the back but they dont reach the bottom of the heatsink

when I bumped the heatsink I went to go see if anything happened and noticed it moves a bit and the screws are tight

Using adhesive will help it to stick. But it shouldn't be doing that anyway

I have seen your first thread aswell (not read everything) and I would suggest that you remove the whole heatsink and just try to put it on again how it was supposed to be. Just doing such simple things may sometimes solve your problem.

If i remove itbwouldnt I need to replace any thermal paste or thermal adhesive that is on there and if it is adhesive I would have to wait a week before putting it back on.

If you dont use it just remove the heatsink and look what u need for it. If you ned the adhesive just order it, if u dont use the PC right now you got time to wait till the thermal adhesive arrives

Because I don't want to have to wait a week to put it back on and let everything dry Because all I have is a best buy around no frys or micro center, and the best buy here doesn't even have any graphics cards

Maybe theres no way around it, if the heatsink uses Thermal Pads you could just reuse the old ones if u dont rip them

How would I know of there is adhesive or thermal pads I have read that thermal pads are generally in use with adhesive,so the adhesive will bind the heatsink to the pads or something
